Bitte beachten Sie, dass die Software ausschließlich für den in der Dokumentation beschriebenen Einsatzzweck verwendet werden darf.
Bitte beachten Sie auch, dass die Arbeitsergebnisse der Software auf Vorschriften/ Normen basieren, welche zum Zeitpunkt der Softwareauslieferung aktuell waren. Durch zeitlichen Ablauf können sich in der Zwischenzeit Normen und Vorschriften geändert haben. Bitte prüfen Sie die Aktualität und die Vollständigkeit der in der Software angegebenen Normen/ Vorschriften und fragen Sie bei uns gegebenenfalls eine aktualisierte Version an.
Die Arbeitsergebnisse/ Berechnungen der Software sind durch eine Person auf Plausibilität und Vollständigkeit zu überprüfen, welche die erforderliche Sachkunde hinsichtlich Einrichtungen und Verfahren im Zusammenhang mit der Planung und Konstruktion von verfahrenstechnischen Anlagen (wie z.B. Staub-Filter, Silos, Zyklone, Sprühtrockner, Siebe oder Becherelevatoren) und konstruktiven Explosionsschutzmaßnahmen besitzt und erwarten lässt, dass sie ihre Aufgabe zuverlässig erfüllt. Ohne eine vorige Plausibilitätsprüfung dürfen die Arbeitsergebnisse nicht für die Konstruktion/ Planung von verfahrenstechnischen Anlagen oder die Auslegung von konstruktiven Explosionsschutzmaßnahmen verwendet werden.
Jegliche Gewährleistung für Berechnungsergebnisse der Software wird ausgeschlossen. Insbesondere wird keine Gewährleistung hinsichtlich Aktualität, Vollständigkeit, Genauigkeit der Arbeitsergebnisse übernommen.
Unsere Haftung ist auf grobe Fahrlässigkeit und Vorsatz beschränkt. Im Falle grober Fahrlässigkeit ist unsere Haftung für indirekte und/oder Folgeschäden, insbesondere wegen entgangenen Gewinns, vergeblicher Aufwendungen, Betriebsunterbrechungen oder Produktionsausfalls ausgeschlossen.
Es gilt ausschließlich deutsches Recht unter Ausschluss des UN-Kaufrechts.

Intended use of the software and exclusion of warranty:
Please note that the software may only be used for the purpose described in the documentation.
Please also note that the working results of the software are based on regulations/standards that were current at the time the software was delivered. Due to the passage of time, standards and regulations may have changed in the meantime. Please check the topicality and completeness of the standards/regulations specified in the software and request an updated version from us if necessary.
The work results/calculations of the software must be checked for plausibility and completeness by a person who has the required expertise with regard to equipment and procedures in connection with the planning and design of process equipment (such as dust filters, silos, cyclones, spray dryers, screens or bucket elevators) and explosion protection measures and who can be expected to reliably perform their task. Without a prior plausibility check, the work results may not be used for the design/planning of process plants or the design of explosion protection measures.
Any warranty for calculation results of the software is excluded. In particular, no warranty is given with respect to the timeliness, completeness, accuracy of the work results.
Our liability is limited to gross negligence and intent. In the case of gross negligence, our liability for indirect and/or consequential damages, in particular for lost profits, wasted expenses, business interruptions or loss of production is excluded.
German law shall apply exclusively to the exclusion of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
